LOLETHIA A. TONEY CHAPMAN, Esq/MBA

Lolethia A. Toney Chapman, Esq/MBA serves as Qualifying Broker and President of Stella Group Realty. She was born in Mount Vernon, Alabama, and has resided in Atlanta, Georgia since 1982. Attorney Toney Chapman became a licensed attorney and was admitted to the District of Columbia Bar April 24, 2024. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Atlanta John Marshall Law School in1992 and later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA)with a concentration in ManagementfromKennesaw State Universityin1998.

She began her career in real estate in April 2006, earned her Georgia Real Estate Broker’s License in 2013. Attorney Chapman brings a unique blend of legal, business, and real estate expertise, providing strategic guidance and leadership to clients and the firm.

Attorney Toney Chapman has been involved in over $88 million in sales and lease transactions over a successful career of eleven plus years.  Her performance at Exit Realty earned her Realtor of the year out of 85 Realtors. In 2010, Mrs. Toney Chapman later transferred to Solid Source Realty after the real estate bubble burst; Lolethia concentrated on sales and leasing commercial properties.

Mrs. Toney Chapman is involved with Real Estate listings, sales, and leasing commercial properties focusing on Special Purpose Properties (Charter and Private School Campus), Multi Family Property and Portfolios, Retail,  Industrial Facility, Medical Offices, Bank Property, FDIC Property, Developed and Undeveloped Land. 

Mrs. Chapman is a member of several professional organizations such as DC Bar Association, National Association of Realtors, DeKalb Board of Realtors, Kennesaw State University Alumni Business Association and Atlanta John Marshall Alumni Association.

SHIRLEY A. BETTIS, ED.D.

Shirley A. Bettis, Ed.D. is Co-Founder, Principal, Chief Executive Officer, and Real Estate Agent at Stella Group Realty. Dr. Bettis earned a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from Mercer University in 2009, a Master of Arts from Central Michigan University in 2011, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University in 2015. She obtained her Georgia Real Estate LicenseinNovember 2014. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Dr. Bettis served as an educator in both public and private schools for twenty-five (25) years. She also owned and operated a commercial janitorial company for sixteen (16) years, bringing extensive business and operational experience to her real estate practice.

At Stella Group Realty, Dr. Bettis is actively involved in the listing, leasing, and sale of residential properties, with a focus on investors and homebuyers in the price range of $125,000 to $1,500,000. Her goal is to continue expanding her expertise in residential real estate while building long-term, trusted relationships with her clients.

Dr. Bettis is a member of several professional and alumni organizations, including the DeKalb Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Mercer University Alumni Association, Central Michigan University Alumni Association, and Capella University Alumni Association. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending church, singing, and traveling.
